Downloading LWS Interactive Analysis (LIA) Version
8.1 patch
From 20 November, 2000 the LWS Interactive Analysis
(LIA) version 8.1 patch is ready for you to download.
LIA 8.1 patch updated 3 April 2001 - new lcir.fits file.
LIA 8.0 and 8.1 are valid for OLP version 8 data products only.
If you have not yet installed LIA version 8.0 then click
here to do so first.
Major improvements with respect to previous version
of LIA include:
Routines:
-
FP_PROC
:
Now using the liac file for determining the darks measured during
the observation. The OLP 8 lsca file has the fixed dark values
because we ALWAYS subtract fixed darks for ALL FP observations.
User not allowed to exceed the measured dark or to go below the
fixed dark, if it is less than the measured dark.
-
INSPECT_RASTER
:
Bug fix to return RA, DEC and RP arrays rather than scalars
-
DEFRINGE
:
This tool is written for interactive defringing of LWS data (L01, L03 and L04).
Calibration data:
- The illuminator calibration file lcir.fits has been replaced in order to be
compatible with OLP 8. The version in LIA 8.0 was appropriate for OLP 7 only.
Requirements
UNIX and IDL 5.03 or higher.
ISAP version 2.0
should be installed on your computer, which contains the OLP 8 calibration
files for the LWS.
LIA version 8.0
should be installed on your computer, which contains the full LIA 8.0 library.
